 How much is the deposit for motorcycle?

For each motorcycle, you will pay different insurance. Please, give us a call and we will let you know. This money will be returned to you when we see your motorcycle returned without damage.

What should I do if I have accident or accidentally damage the motorcycle and rented gear? 

Please, give us a call as soon as possible and we will decide what to do in your situation.

Do all the motorcycles have locks?

No, the motorcycles only have a steer lock with a key.

Rental Conditions

How can I book & reserve a motorcycle?

The best and easiest way is to call our phone at (+34) 662-225-503. You can also send us a WhatsApp or send us an email at motorgcgrancanaria@gmail.com.

Will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?

The cancellation policy is following:   

We will not charge any fee if the cancelation is made more than 30 days before arrival.  

If the cancellation is between:  

29 – 15 days before departure, you will pay 30%   

14 – 8 days before departure, you will pay 50%  

7 days to 1 day before departure, you will pay 80%  

If you simply don’t arrive, you will pay 100%.

What driving licence do I need to have?

You will need either have A2 for some smaller motorcycles or an A.

What if my motorcycle breaks down on the road or it is not working properly?

Please, give us a call as soon as possible and we will decide what to do in your situation.

Can I travel on a ferry with a motorcycle to other islands?

No.

I am coming from outside of Europe do I need a international driving licence? 

Yes.

What are my responsibilities during the rental period?

Drive safely and take care of the motorcycle like it is your own. You should also ensure secure parking during the night.

What if I like the motorcycle so much that I want it keep it for more days?

Please call us to ask if the motorcycle is available for a longer period. 

 Where can I pick up the motorcycle?

We can deliver your motorcycle to the Airport or the South of Gran Canaria for an additional fee. Otherwise, it will be free of charge at our base in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

What is the minimum amount of time I can rent?

The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

What is your fuel policy?

You will receive the motorcycle with an almost empty tank since it is forbidden to have gasoline on the premises, you will only have enough fuel to fill up at the gas station next door. The motorcycle must be returned with the amount of gasoline with which it was received. Otherwise, a fee will apply. 



To be able to rent the motorcycles you must be a minimum of 23 years old.
